All reservations are the Terms & conditions (UHV) shall apply.

Reservations

All prices are valid per person per night for a minimum stay of 3 nights plus surcharges and taxes. When a reservation with us under will receive a confirmation. We welcome one, signed for approval, return confirmation. Only then the reservation is final.

Cancellation

You can use the hotel service a cancellation insurance. The reservation can be reversed without giving reasons to one day prior to arrival . The cost for this service is 3.5% of the amount. If canceled without canceling service within one month after the reservation period, the cost of non-rented nights will be charged.

The administration fees amount to € 15.00.

Liability
The landlord accepts no liability for damages related to theft, misappropriation or loss of any cases in the rented space (s) found. This business stays in the rented their own risk of the owner and / or interested.
